    Yes, very much worth the minimal discomfort; most days now is so minimal i don't even think about it. I ready your updates and saw your pictures; you look great and I am glad you are pleased with your results as well.

    I can relate to your story; I am 51 years old and also thgought about getting implants for at least 20 years until I finally decided to do it! I am very happy with my decision and just wish I had not waited this long. My PS actually recommended a mini lift with the implant but he said I would still get good results without the lift. I decided not to do the lift and I feel like I made the right decision. I am very happy with the result and did not have the additonal scar and recovery that having the lift would have added.     I am doing great; almost completely back to normal although I still have that sore spot on the left side that has not gone away although it is much better. It is very interesting how different PS have different opinions; mine said wear a bra 24/7 for the first few weeks. I just recently finally started not wearing a bra to bed and it felt good!
