    I really appreciate your thoughtful comments. You make some excellent points about unrealistic expectations and taking this whole thing too far.

    Looking at your photos, I think your results are wonderful. Very natural looking, not a drastic change, you look refreshed and rested; and yes, younger. (though I wish I looked as youthful as you do in your "Before" picture?)

    Your lips looked very nice, though I don't think you really needed injections there.
