safest to go to surgeon that has done it 20 or more times. If I could find one in Toronto area.

totally agree with last commentor. It lasts forever if it takes. Fat injection is good, takes well, but can get a lump especially if it is rubbed after.

Seems to me whether call it fat injection, grafting, or pearl, it is the same thing.

that looks like they took a frying pan and held it on your face. So unprofessional. I am sick of dermatoligists, ect doing procedures. Never would go to anyone but plastic surgeon. On the good side looks like it is healing, scabs, ect. I personally believe these and other lasers cause fat to melt under the skin and make a skinnier which can look older face. I can see it in the pictures that the doctors use for advertising, the best pictures, always face is more narrow. I want to get something done, but results for every procedure are 50/50 good or bad, that's too risky. lots of surgeons won't do these things they say too risky. How does anyone know they have the right surgeon.

I feel these melt the fat under the skin. No surgeon wants to admit to that though. I read so many bad stories. the tightening ones....it melts fat a bit and the skin tightens as it adjusts, but a skinnier face. Lasers are heat and that melts no matter that they deny such.
