  Hey, pls dont feel insecured.
  
  Itl take time to adjust. Mine r filling up so keep patience n u won't be disappointed.
  
  I think u look good n I bet u feel lighter too. It's not always bout size it's also about how u feel having them in and again they were toxic PIP, which were meant to get out at any cost. Now u have no fear of leaking silicone penetrating your knods etc that cud make u have a threat.
  
  Feel the freedom. If u still feel insecured of yur size then u can purchase quality bra enhancers. Try sally silicone, they sell enhancers that boost cup sizes to 3 times the original!!!

  Mine were under n weren't ruptured but I still didnt want to wait for removal. They advised to be careful for 6 weeks to get back to heavy normal activity, but it's the 5 th day today after my explant n im doing all my light activities at home. No pain, only dry skin around incisions is stretching.
  
  My breasts are filling up day by day n I can visibly see a difference from the pics I had uploaded straight after the surgery. They look more healthier n in shape. Go for it n u won't regret it. Im loving the size n find it so cute.

  No I didn't need to stay overnight. They discharge u if everything is well in 4 hours after surgery. We were all discharged within that time that were operated that day.
  
  Im sure ur husband can drive u back the same day if u rnt in too much pain, cos I hardly felt much pain the same day, it was the second day when I felt the stitches a little sore. So worth driving u the same day if it isn't a very longg drive.
