I feel like I get a bit swollen as the day goes by. And then they are less so each morning. Perhaps the movement throughout the day.

I still have some tenderness. Itchiness. Some funky "nerve" tingling from time to time. Overall it's getting better each week. They definitely softened this past week.

How are the March ladies doing with their recovery??

My surgery was March 8. I'm doing so well and really am so glad I had the surgery.

I still have a bit of tenderness in some of the incision sites. And some nerve tingling from time to time.

I started back to the gym this week. Taking it easy with regards to how heavy I'm lifting and the impact movements like running and jumping. But overall everything I'm doing there feels great. And so much better!

I'm using bio oil twice a day and my scars are already fading and softening quite a bit.

I'm wearing the bali bras referenced here around the clock. They are so comfy still.

I've been able to start sleeping a bit on my side. Much better.

I have another appt with my surgeon next week. Hope everyone is doing well!

OMG completely normal. It really takes a while for you to get that general anesthesia out of your body. And the surgery is a major trauma to your system. Rest is what you need and your body is making sure you get it!

Ice packs and showers helped me with the itching a lot.
