My Nose Keeps Changing. Tip Drops and Still Looks Bulbous After Each Surgery

Thanks Matilda. :) No, I havent been to another PS. I would like to get another opinion but I know it would cost alot of money going to another PS and having revision surgery and Im not even sure if I could have more surgery as I have had my original PS work on it 3x. But it wouldnt hurt to go just to a consult to see what they would say and get their opinion but then If they said they could improve my nose thats when I would have to stop right there as I cant afford to be shelling out anymore money right now. Uh! So that would be such a let down. I did go back to see my original PS in January and he basically said I look good and he couldn't really do anything else with it right now anyways. Last surgery was Nov 2011. But he has no explanation why my nose changes like this really except for that I have thicker skin. Alot of people have gone to my PS and got great results. Hes very well known and specializes in rhinoplasty so thats why I chose him. I keep thinking what if I had chosen someone else to work on my nose. Would I have had the same problems? Would it have turned out better or worse? Is it my nose or the surgeon. I dont know.
