Does Dysport Take Longer to See Results or Did It Not Work for Me?

I don't understand why a doctor would charge for a touch up within the first couple of weeks. It seems to me that the doctor should be willing to perfect his/her work for free. If you paid for the service and the charge is per site, it stands to reason that would be adequate to properly perform the service.
