Thanks Lisa , I have to say that six months on .. things have not changed that much and now my surgeon says i need further surgery to make my nostrils look smaller , no thank you I said ....at least I am getting used to the new uglier me .

hi , my septoplasty looks a bit like yours , can you update us , did you eventually solve the bent tip problem , how long did the tip swelling take till it completely disappeared

Hi Torrance , sorry to hear of your problems , I myself had a spetoplasty 6 weeks ago . I was so afraid of a septal perforation I told my surgeon about it before the operation ,although my septum is not perforated following the surgery , my breathing is definitely worse. and I have a worse time sleeping than I did before.
