I'm so sorry to hear about all the extreme dry eye symptoms you're going through, and certainly hope that it's corrected soon. You've having surgery for it?

My Optometrist prescribed a steroidal eyedrop that helps. I also use the Genteal gels and they're helpful, too. My stitches are still tight, but tolerable at this point. I'm one month out.
