    First off, I just want to say that your surgery truly went perfectly:) absolutely gorgeous! I am going through with mine in may!! Can you tell me about arnica? I know there is both oral and topical. How did you use it and for how long?

    I'm sorry to hear of your horrible experience. I have been thinking of rhinoplasty for a long time and always had Dr. Zakhary in mind for convenience sake since I live in Calgary. I'd like to see how badly she screwed up... could you post pictures?
