Best wishes, today! I wish I'd caught up on your post earlier ... Here is the wedge I used last week after my surgery, it was perfect:

Maybe even better for you since you are having your tummy revised a bit cuz you truly can't roll around on it. And it's so comfy, you won't even want to.
I am way into Pilates and barre like you're into yoga. Having strong core and leg muscles made it pretty easy to compensate for a sore chest and arms that are not supposed to bear weight. Getting up and down and around was not a big deal.
The Sassybax Classic Collection Bralette (no wires) is my favorite. My PS sent me home in a front closure bra with a rather thin band that hurt my inframammary incisions. On day 2, I changed into my Sassybax. It has no hooks or closures, is seamless, and you can step into it and pull it up. Plus the band is wide and soft and doesn't irritate me at all. It's known as the "world's most comfortable bra" and the "back fat eliminator". Their similar bra, the Celebrate Life bra which seems to be the exact same thing, is the the first Medicare approved bra for post mastectomy.
Sassybax isn't the most cost-effective solution at $60 each, but functional and mainstream enough to wear long after surgery.
Thank you for the thorough and thoughtful documentation of your BA. There are truly nuggets in your post such as the "helpful thoughts" and "tips" posts - my procedure was today and I've already executed on several!
