Yes, I am pretty much the same size. Pre-op I was a very full 32DD, afterwards I am a full 32DD. I didn't post pictures here, but my doctor did. I am #4 on this page http://www.williambrunomd.com/photo-gallery/breast/breast-lift/

Get a few more opinions. Two out of the for doctors I met with said I would not go down in size. The doctor shouldn't be removing breast tissue if you don't want him/her to. After my lift I am only slightly smaller, but only because of the skin that was removed. I still fit the bras I was wearing before the surgery.

Suzi, I suspect your doctor will give you more details tomorrow about what to buy. My doctor was fine with any type of sports bra. Sine a lift does not involve any muscles a front closing bra is not required. After a few weeks I was able to wear any bra that did not have wires. I found one at Kohls and I'm pretty sure it is a Bali. It closes in back and provides better shape than most sports bras. It stretches to fit multiple cup sizes so it fits while your swollen as well as afterward. I actually still wear it. Whatever you decide on, be sure it's very supportive. You don't want to jiggle in those first few weeks. Not only is it uncomfortable, it causes stress on your incision which could make your scar worse.

I'm anxious to follow your updates. Dr. Bruno did my lift last year. I'm meeting with him next wek to talk about implants. I'm not sure if I'll get them or not.

I'm a stomach sleeper too. To be honest the first week was a little tough. After one week, my doctor said I could sleep on my side. I slept with a pillow in front and behind me to keep from rolling on to my stomach. Having a pillow in front of my stomach helped also because it mimics the feeling of sleeping on your stomach.
