Hey reed, I just had my implants out under local a week ago. I was so nervous as well. Everything went fine. I had no sedation. They put up a sheet and couldn't see what was going on. I felt the first little tinge of a sting when they first put the numbing agent in, after that I felt nothing but a little pressure being applied to push the implant out. I did not have the capsules removed as I was told they will be reabsorbed. I have been taking one pain pill every evening. My chest feels sore and tight if I don't. I was free to run and do any activities as I felt like, except swim. I love the way I look now. I love the smallness. I love that when I pass a man he doesn't look directly at my boobs!
