Did your doc explain to you the benefits of dual plane placement is it better does it give a more subtle look? I was considering that as well but I read some forums that say it really doesn't make a difference and it could bottom out. I know right bigger is better but I read iimoorshiai look her up she went from a 36C to a 36DD with 600cc they look really natural and good.
You look gorgeous!! It says here you payed $4,600 for silicone implants and a scar revision can you tell me how much Dr. Jones charged you just for the breast augmentation?
I've read alot about this problem, if you decided to go with subglandular (under the muscle) the implant will seem a bit smaller because of the pressure it also depends on what type of profile your considering and if your plastic sergeon is going to overfill the saline implant for less chances of rippling. You also wanted to know about cohesive gel implant "gummy bear" I have also been doing my research on these because I to was interested in these but doing the resaerch I learned that this type of implant only come in a anatomical shape "tear drop" being a tear drop shape they are textured to prevent the implant from moving thus making it more firm; I know you hear gummy bear and you think softer than the others but its not people feeling this implant say a silicone is more natural feeling. Also this type of implant is not FDA approved yet a sergeon that has been invited to use these implant will insert them for you and you will be asked to participate in the study to see if they are save They are also more pricey. I found a doctor in OKC who has these types of implants a Dr.Tim R. Love I live in Tulsa so I looked for cohesive gel in OKC if your interested. If you'd like more information I found an amazing website that can help: www.cosmeticsurgeryforums.com GOOD LUCK!! I HOPE TO SEE YOUR WONDERFUL RESULTS SOON!! :D
