I went with silicone in the subfacial position. I thought I was going to do saline at first, before I started meeting with surgeon, but after talking to Dr. Hunstad he gave me some info on silicone that I was able to verify that made me feel comfortable going with silicone. They do feel more natural and I'm glad I chose silicone. - Also, the down time for subfacial position was practically non-existent - I had the surgery on Tuesday, I worked from home on Wed & Thursday & was back in the office on Friday. I was a little sore by Friday but no one noticed.
