Hi! I have the exact same thing as you, totally was freaked out after surgery . It's almost like the skin has been 'bunched' up in that spot. Well I am three months since my surgery and it is barely visible, I will point it out to my surgeon when I see him at the end of January. Honestly I am the only one who has noticed it. Hope this helps:-)
The second surgery went really well, less than thirty minutes. It has been since June and so far so good. The scars aren't bad, they are hidden, plus he revised the scar for me because it got pretty funky looking due to the infection. I never made a profile when I had my BA, too chicken to post those picks. You look amazing though! Hoping that black cloud leaves you alone.:-)
That really sucks! I know exactly how you feel, I had to be explanted three weeks after my initial surgery due to infection. I had to wait six months before I could get it replaced. I was pissed when it happened because I had waited so long for this surgery in the first place. All I knew was I wanted that thing put so I could heal properly and try again. You really gave it a good go, hoping everything works out for you. It will and does eventually work out. Thinking of you.
Thanks for the advice, my face is so swollen. Hope this gets better soon. My cheeks look like a squirrel storing nuts for the winter. My eyes are barely open. My nose is so stuffed can't breath in or out. Still so worth it.:-)
Good luck! Hope all goes well. Just came home from my surgery today, so far I feel pretty good. No pain, just a bit of discomfort. It will be over before you know it, literally. Take care
