    I ate healthy before and still do now. Same with the exercise. I think that if someone where considering this, they would have to have that mindset in place. Someone that isn't going to be healthy afterwards, is not going to get the results they want. Basically, if you're not doing anything now, this isn't going to be a cure all. For me, it got rid of the fat that the gym couldn't, and that's perfect!

    Hello Perrier,

    I had bruising for over a week, but less than 2. I was told to take Arnica for the bruising. The swelling was enough to make my pants feel snug, and this lasted for about the same time. At 1 month, I went from a size Medium bikini to an Extra Small. My photo is above. Since then, it looks even more toned. I think it was worth it for what I got out of it. I wasn't expecting more than an inch of reduction, and I wasn't expecting to get a 6 pack. Just make sure you get realistic expectations from your doctor. Where are you going to get it btw?

    Hello Becca, good for you! Make sure you look into fat transfer that injects the fat into the muscle. This way you can get more fat cells to live. I did the FAMI procedure. Keep in touch!

    I tried the 3 passes at 50 but it was too hot. 4 passes at 40 was just fine. I was also told that the 4 pass technique is technically better since it pushes more heat into the fat.
