  I've had 350 saline unders for 6 years. I am no longer a fan of them and got them deflated by my ps to see if I want to remove or replace with much smaller ones... Like 225 Ccs! I am also 27, and was a 34 b beforehand. I am once again a 34 b, and I really don't mind my clothes on appearance... I can walk around with complete confidence. Naked.... Little saggy and misshapen, but not as bad as I bought. Symmetrical, but I still have the empty bags that are visible thru my skin, too. I am only on day 4 of being deflated and I don't hate them, but I do laugh about how funny they look in certain positions like bent forward. I love how I feel physically the most. Nothing in the way, no back pain... It's great!
