  I used this doctor for Active FX.(A few months ago.) I was not at all happy with the results (or lack of). What he told me beforehand about results he is now contradicting. Initially, he said it was only necessary once, after the procedure he said it was necessary once or twice a year to see results. I had very little discomfort and peeling. He said if I did it again, at my expense, he would use higher settings. Doesn't that sort of imply he should have used higher settings to begin with. Or, should he offer to do it again on the higher settings without charging me. He has huge set up, apparently he doesn't need repeat patients. I would not use this doctor. (Now his website advertises active and deep FX used together. I may not be the only person with minimal results. At my consultation I asked him about this, he said it wasn't necessary.)I would not use this provider.
