I hear ya on the binder riding up over the incision.. It's mainly to compress your abdomen tho... They have high wasted spanx that my dr recommended. I bought those too but by the end of the day they were pinching me in the middle. I swear I have not found the perfect answer on these things! I wear my binder at night so I guess that is the most comfortable. I think it gets easier to position when you are not so worried about your incision...meaning when it's almost healed.

Hey Hawaii here I come!!! We are going at the end of May, so excited! No I did not have implants, reduction and lift. I was a 32ddd and now I'm wearing a 34d, but it's one of those comfortable bras, I haven't been fitted yet. Good luck deciding!!

Hang in there!!! The first few days are a blur!! Just rest and take your psin pills. It will go by quickly!!!! Healing is under way ! You are going to look great!

Thanks guys!!!! Overall I am in good shape and have to be thankful I have had a smooth healing so far energy and pain wise!

I wore my compression garment all day yesterday, it goes from knees to breast bone. Last night I wore high waisted compression underwear then binder over it to sleep. Maybe I do have seroma, there are waves in my stomach, but it is rock hard, not like waterbed....yet. I will call ps tomorrow and see what they say.
