I am so happy to hear from someone else going to Dr Eisenberg! He is so great :) I also was wearing a 34D from Victoria's secret and was shocked when he told me I was barely a B haha. Post op I had absolutely NO nausea which was great and really no pain just pressure which was totally manageable with the meds he prescribes. They give you an option on whether to fill and the take the "Emend" before surgery.... do it! well worth the $25 for one tiny pill. Can't wait to hear more about your journey. Nan and Eileen from his office are great to answer any questions you have :)

Thanks FitLuv for your comment. I read your profile and I know how difficult it is to choose sizes. I think your decision to go between 375 and 400 is smart. I know everyone says go bigger because most women regret it, but the deciding factor for me was....anything bigger is going to be a huge improvement and a year after surgery once all the healing softening is complete I'd rather wish I'd gone a little bigger than be stuck with breasts that are too large that I'm afraid are painfully obnoxious. Ultimately its a personal decision....goodluck with your surgery! I can't wait to see updated pics :)

also after reading your blog....my trip was not near as long as yours but I slept almost the entire trip home. bring lots of pillows to support your arms, recline your seat a little bit so that gravity isn't pulling the new girls down, and bring some ginger ale and saltines :)
