What revison work are you having done? I saw my surgeon and he is doing some laser on my pigmentation and broken vessels left after hematoma. Still a lot of discoloration there. Like you, I am pleased with overall result but was also unlucky! Take care x

I had macs lift ten weeks ago and my scars are very red and itchy. My surgeon has given me some silicone gel which a massage on scars twice daily. Already helped loads and it has only been one week. Apparently very normal for scars to look like this for first six months to one year..so massage,get some gel..and be patient!!!
How is your bruising now? All gone? My doc says he will do laser on my discoloration if no improvement in another month. I am nearly eight weeks and still it is very dark. Hope you are doing well. X

Just to let you know..no more surgery for me!! One facelift is enough! My husband thought I was crazy too and hated me doing it..but understood it was something I really wanted and has been brilliant throughout all my complications.

I had my upper and lower eyes done 6 years ago, and still looking great..would def recommend..makes a huge differnce
I didn't tell anyone about my facelift. Only my husband and kids knew. Has been hard to keep quiet as friends keep wantingg me to go out..was running out of excuses! I went back to work at 5 weeks post op..two weeks ago. I covered my bruised with dermacolor, and as I wear my hair down which covers it, noone has seent the bruises! I have had a lot of people telling me I look well though and asking if I've had my hair done or been on holiday! Can't wait for my bruising to settle..been a long recovery. Still painful on the bruised side of my face..and very very tight!! Keep in touch. Have you booked your surgery?
