I'm sorry....I forget about the time change...I'm eastern time...lol. I did not set my clock....I took a valium before bed and if it started to get uncomfortable within the night I took the Ibuprofen 800. It depends on your pain tolerance I guess. You going to look great...don't freak out!!!!....The first thing my husband said he saw when he came in recovery was me looking under my blanket to see my new boobies....lol. If your feeling up to it later message me and we can compare notes....good luck

Hello mama.of.4....just seeing how your feeling....I had my surgery on Feb 3rd...I had 500cc and I love the way they look....they did look huge when I first got them done since they were up by my collar bone but its been 2wks and they have dropped a lot. I have one that is dropping slower then the other but all in all very happy with the results. Did you have a pain pump? I didn't, just meds to take...I have to say I just started feeling back to normal yesterday...were I didn't have to take anything for sore or stiffness. Let me know how your feeling.....speedy recovery:)

Good luck with your surgery....I didn't have the pain pump, so if you have meds to take instead just make sure you take them on time before it starts to wear off. The wedge is a good idea like NewInKnoxville said...I didn't have one but my husband but a pillow behind my back and one on the other side when I slept in bed. Don't forget a nice hot shower helps relieve some of the muscle tightness....I think I spent more time in the shower...lol
Let us know how your doing....So excited for you!!!!!

    Twin4me
The recliner was comfortable since u can lay back or sit up with ur feet reclined...the funny thing was my husband liked it cuz he would get me snuggled in & then I couldn't get out since I had to push the handle for the feet to go down...lol....I slept in my bed with pillows under my back & head so I wasn't. You'll feel very stiff in the morning...take ur meds & a nice hot shower helps relax ur muscles.

    Twins4me.....
Surgery went well....I had it done on Friday, very happy with the 500cc....they will get hard and uncomfortable but if you've had children it feels like when your milk is coming in for breastfeeding. I have been taken the Ibuprofen 800 every 8hrs and that helps with the swelling and hardness...I also have Demerol but only take that if I really need it, I think I've taken maybe 4 throughout the whole weekend. The valium is good to take at nite before bed cuz it relaxes you and helps you sleep. In the morning you'll be stiff and hard like you have rocks on your chest but take a valium or the Ibuprofen and it will easy up. I have my first post op appt today so we'll see how that goes. You will do great and follow what the dr tells you...I usually stay in the recliner with a heated mattress pad for relaxing my whole body so that might help you also. With all the discomfort aside, I am so glad I got it done.
Good luck and keep me posted
