Hi Shabby, I just had a consultation with Dr Rizk a couple of days ago. I do not have a huge nose and would not need a hard rhinoplasty, more like a tiplasty or a soft rhinoplasty as he called it. He was so nice and helpful. I felt very comfortable and I am going to go with him. Let me know if you have any Q's for me but I think you should go in for the consultation! I am so glad I did

I am so sorry you are upset about your surgery but do give it some time. I have heard of a lot of people that freak out in the first couple of weeks only to be really happy once everything settles. Hang in there
