    Silky87, what was your decision to go with Dr. Perry and not Dr. Jimerson? I have had my consultation with Dr. Jimerson via phone not with him is assistant. never did speak to him. I was sent a quote and lord have mercy, it was over $14K. Ridiculous, especially after I read a few complaints. No way I'm I paying that kind of money. You inboxes me about my Lipoma. Mine was removed in 2008 but it left a protruding bump that is visible in some clothing. I'm tired of covering it up with long shirts and blouses. I actually went to see a local Plastic Surgeon he suggested performing liposuction to get it back smooth. I thought if I get a BBL it could probably be blended. D I sound crazy? Anyhow, let me know your thoughts. TRS

    EJ, I'm so happy for you. I fell down a flight stairs and got this bump on my butt that you can actually see through my clothes. I got a little junk in my trunk already. I have a consultation with him on March 7 over the phone. I have to send in pics. I'm hoping he could fix me up. I know he will probably say I might go all the way but the money is a problem. I will keep you posted. TRS

    Tweetymom8, WOW! Thank you soooo much for all your exercises. You have given me a lot to work with. Like you I will never do another situp or crunches. My PS told me that these exercises do more harm than good. I will definitely incorporated your exercises in my workout. Yesterday after Bodypump at Golds gym they had complimentary classes to show members how to do exercises correctly. Yesterday the class was abs. The trainers showed us basic ab exercises with our own body weight and the exercise ball. One of the excerises consisted of placing your feet on the ball pulling you the ball all the way back touching your butt lift up and roll the ball all the way out and all the way back in. Another one was laying flat on your back lifting you feet six inches off the ground and holding for 30 seconds for 3 to 4 reps. Thank you again.
