Ohh ok sorry I thought I read that it was 3k, there are doctors in the Dominican Republic who would charge that much but they have no license. Who are you getting surgery with, if you don't mind? Or would you prefer to talk through private message? I speak Spanish, I am aware that yes these doctors do not charge the same rate for locals than they do people who come from outside even if they are from that country.
