Be concerened with scarring if you have any pigmentation problems. I had dot therapy and it hurt like hell and i look worse now its at least 7months later, If you get acne it magnifies it in my case. I had been pretty clear for a year so i thought i would get this 7mths later im still battling the breakouts and i have about 8 scars i did not have before, if i had a chance to do it again i would have never done this.
