Amanda, I think I have been a bit too passive. The pharmaceutical company has had plenty of time and research money to make this drug safe and useful to the public. I will back you and any lawsuit you deem suitable.
Sorry Amanda, I find it hard to jump on board, as the medical spa I went to had me sign a lengthy waiver about the side affects. I feel foolish as I bought Dysport as an online special and did not check any credentials of the staff. I think the most proactive thing I can do now is to warn all others to not consider using dysport!!
I bought 50 units of Dysport for $99 and also qualified for a $50 rebate if I got the injections before the New year. 50 units sounded like a lot for so little money and I was soon disappointed to learn at the office that they must use three times the units than with botox to get the same results. Now I am incredibly unhappy with the results. My left eyebrow now has a high arch while my right eyebrow is flat and straight across. My left eyelid has sagged and drooped so badly that I know longer have a visible eyelid. I feel I look much older with this side effect and I would like to request my money back. Has anyone successfully done this?? Would I request a refund from Dysport or the Medical spa that did the injections?
