I had to go back to the dr's office where I had the VI Peel done so they could address my severe acne that won't go away. My skin was pretty much clear when I had the peel. Since then (Sep 29) I have huge dime size zits on my chin and near my nose that won't heal or go away. My blackheads are really out of control. They now have me on oral and topical antibiotics. I've seen a huge improvement almost immediately. I have to say that at this time I will likely NOT have another peel done of any sort for at least a year or more. They took me off the AHA wash also and I'm now using a wash for acne prone skin. I still have a ways to go but I did not have problem of this magnitude until I had the VI Peel. I can't feel comfortable not wearing makeup even at home.

I had VI Peel a month ago this week and I have not been able to really leave house at all. The procedure was not that bad although as the hours passed I had intense burning and ended up with migraine and had to go home which ruined the rest of the day for me as it was my BD. I peeled for at least 7 days maybe a few more. Afterwards my acne breakout are worse than ever. I can't see any real improvement in skin firmness or reduction of pore size. Also, during this month I've had a terribly itchy, bumpy rash on my decollate (area between neck and top of breasts. Even though the peel solution wasn't done there I have to feel like it had something to do with it. I've never had anything like it before. The itching and burning was so intense I had to apply ice packs and hydrocortisone ointment to the area repeatedly for about a week. The person who did the treatment advised me to start using the AHA cleansing wash immediately. I feel like that is too harsh and have stuck with the basic soap for extremely sensitive skin. I look so bad I won't leave the house or be seen in public. Makeup can't hide these huge zits. The aesthetician said I probably need another treatment. I"m thinking she has to be kidding to go thru this again. I have a high pain tolerance but I really could have used something for pain the first couple of days. I was miserable and still am. My wallet is lighter, so is my face (I'm white as a sheet) except for these huge red zits. I don't know what to do. I've done 3 out of 4 fraxel's and I don't think I'll go have the last one done.

it does seem to be a bit higher than it should be, but your figure looks GREAT! Once the scar fades and it will, you will be fine. I wouldn't pay for any xtra surgeries. Also for anyone who has never had a scar it can be traumatic. i've lots of them and i would be glad to have your figure.
