Hello, I saw your comment on my review so thought I would drop you a line as well! I've read that some swelling can take up to three years to subside. I know at four months my nose definitely looked different than it does now at eight months. Give it some time, it is coming along.
They did not. My first six months in the Army (last June-December) I was in training and saving up money, and once I graduated from job training in December I went home on leave and had the surgery then. It was kind of a hassle getting my blood tests at the troop clinic as a lowly trainee but I pulled some strings, talked to the right (higher ranking) officers, and got it done!
That's what the patient care coordinator said when I emailed her. But my nose follows the same curvy line the old one did. Compare it to the full-frontal before picture. (Keep in mind, the pic I recently uploaded is reversed since it was taken in Photobooth.) The only difference is the bump is gone and the tip is re-rotated up.
