Your teeth are very sensitive due to the movement occuring. I hope by now it has improved for you. Remember, the most tooth movement with a new tray is in the first two days.
When I first started I was really uncomfortable the first 3 days and wondered how I would make it through to the end of my treatment. Tonight I started trays #18 and have eight more trays to go, then refinement.
Hang in there. My dentist gave me Advil to take when I got my first trays and suggested taking it if needed during the first 12 hours of a new tray.
The first few days of a new tray are definitely the hardest to remove...hard on your fingernails.
It does take a little practice to get them off at first but I found the easiest for my bottom tray is by my molars on the left side.
Great suggestions by everyone.
