Sorry, but I highly disagree with you. I am 5'4" and weigh 123 pounds. Last time I checked, that is healthy. My surgery was approved by insurance based on medical necessity due to the weight of my breasts in comparison to my height and weight. I feel 100% better and my back pain is gone. So, shows how much you know.
Same thing happened to me. My insurance required a minimum of 325 grams per breast. My surgeon removed 324 from the right and 375 from the left. The insurance paid the claim regardless.
I think most places make you pay the deductible after your insurance is billed post surgery. That's how my doctor does it anyway. It may differ depending on where you go and what their policies are.
