Zerona works best for someone who is active and spending time in the gym everyday. Zerona works by loosening the fat. I've found that zerona had excellent results for everyone who would spend the next month or so in the gym, and continue to work those stubbon areas that were worked on. Everyone else seems to have mixed results.
Just my personal observation among my friends, I'm not a doctor.

I've seen quite a few of these, and am considering some work myself, but not this procedure. I'm still young.
