You should do it. I am 24 and just had my nose done. It's something you will never regret. But please go to someone who specializes in rhinoplasty like angiemcc said and make sure you are comfortable with your surgeon. My surgeon did not seem like he was very comfortable with doing weir excisions but he did after I insisted. Now, I wish he had turned me down instead because my nostrils are now uneven which I think is due to his lack of experience in doing weir excisions.
