    Yea! What a great-looking nose! :) Did Dr. Becker augment the bridge as well? If so, which type of cartilage did he use? I am gearing up for my revision and trying to be REALLY informed this time. I need my bridge built up, nose lengthened, and tip de-rotated. I'm getting conflicting opinions on rib cartilage, ear cartilage or a silastic implant... This is SO scary. I'm glad you found the confidence to go through a second surgery and that it went so well for you!

    My goodness! What a beautiful result. I hope I am as fortunate with my revision rhino, as I do not recognize the face staring back at me from the mirror. I long to look like me again! Do the rib grafts feel strange? Do you think the swelling is similar to that of your first rhino, or that it seems a bit more extensive? I am beginning to get consultations and sadly, cannot afford Dr. Cochran, but I would love to see him. Your nose looks very natural, and you look lovely. Congratulations!

    Your result are beautiful! I had one syringe too, but it didn't quite do the trick. Maybe I need some in my cheeks to help out. Anyway, you look stunning! I hope my final results end up like yours. Thanks for posting pictures. :)
