I stayed the same cup size, but they look smaller because all the breast tissue is in a smaller amount of skin. I stayed a 34 c before and after my BL.

When you get a lift they will sketch the size of your new areola, and if you want it bigger than they can make them bigger.

Since I have gotten my BA they have stretched out some more, which I will be ok with as long as they don't keep getting bigger.
