Hi there! You look great! My appetite was very low at first and then returned to normal after about 2 weeks. My advice, don't beat yourself up or compare to others. You are very very swollen on and off for at least 6 months. It's kind of a blessing and a curse at times to get that big stomach flat thru surgery and then watch it balloon and transform over such a long time. In the end you will be happy!!! I'm over 3 months post op and have lost 24 lbs. Most came off after the first month. So don't worry, your appetite will settle down and you will begin to increase your activity and all will be fine! It's an emotional journey for sure! Hang in there!!!
Hey lilgigi! I have just about given up on belly sleep! It will happen one day I suppose. I need to do an update and post pics now that I am 3 months post op. I am so happy I did this. I was reading your update and like you, i had very little swelling in the beginning but have had bouts of it lately that are killing me! You are absolutely right, the compression garments kept us down and like you, I wore mine faithfully. I am jut dealing with the swelling (mainly upper ab for me) because I know it will settle down. It's hard though because I didn't experience it in the beginning except on my hips thighs and butt. Anyway, glad you are doing well, you look great and with each passing day it does get better! Thanks so much for he compliments! You are so sweet!
