I know there were some assets that were liquidated based on the Atec website posting. So employees should receive at least pennies on the dollar that they owed us as wages are always given priority after lawyers are paid. That may be why employees haven't rec'd anything...nothing left after attorney fees? Would appreciate an update if anyone knows anything. Thanks!
