i had that same problem! i went to my dr and my implants had incapsuladed. had suregery to correct it. comes to dind out that on top of the implant being incapsulated it had also reptured. surgeon replaced implants, and ever since then my breasts look great! also after second surgery i took a lot of vit E. per Dr.

since you had both the TT and BBL how did you sleep? i've been told that you can't lay on your back b/c of the BBL.
