  again, Pearl and Pearl Fractional are 2 seperate device. there is no such thing as "Pearl Genesis" - I know, I work for the company however, as I stated before - perhaps a doctor is calling their procedure this, I would not know.

  pearl is very superficial - tone (sun damage, texture, very fine lines)
  
  for "wrinkles" you need something deeper, like pearl fractional. that's a fact
