    I really didn't have pain. I just felt very tight after surgery. The doctor prescribed meds, but had a 24 hour service as a backup. I think you have to follow the instructions meticulously, the results will be better. Don't do anything strenuous but definitely start walking within 48 hours. The movement helps the healing.
