It was English Rose, but I think it depends on the brand of micropigment. Take a color of lipstick you like. If the artist is good, they can help you choose something natural. They should be able to show you a chart and have the artist swipe some of the ink on the inside of your wrist. Don't be afraid... you'll be fine! Just make sure you pick a reputable artist and look at their work before you commit.
they have a range of colors. I took a neutral lipstick I liked and matched it. They can swipe the color on your skin to see if you like it. But it does fade... i personally wouldn't do anything drastic but a neutral pink that's subtle is nice. I've not regretted mine at all - i fact i had it touched up last week to deepen the color a bit.
