Girlie, I swelled bad especially when I was on my feet. Keep the binder on till 6weeks. I wore my stage 3 24/7 for 6 weeks and it kept everything down. At week 6 I started only wearing it when I felt fatigue. I still swell after the gym and it has been 8 weeks. I find soaking also helps. Best of luck!
I hear you, I am 6 plus weeks and I check the site once a week. Once activites have resumed and everything is back to normal its hard to keep up. Have to say you look great! Sorry the boobie still splits open. I have a stubborn spot on my hip that looks fine then it gets too dry and splits on me. Best of luck talk to you in a few weeks ;)

Thanks, I have been getting back to the gym for the last two weeks but I haven't done more then cardio up untill yesterday. I had my ass kicked!! But I know in a few weeks I'll be back! Thanks for the support!
