    Hi ladies! So happy to hear everyone is doing well! I have been great and I'm so happy I had this surgery! I was the oddball of the group as I didn't take any Meds and had no pain. I still don't understand it but I'm thankful! I had a light touchup of lipo in oct no big deal really. My scar looks amazing. It flat and very light. I thought since I had it so easy that at some point I'd have a complication but never did. I started working out about 11-12 weeks post op and have done well keeping a routine. Initially I lost 10lbs but I'm sure that eating light was the reason and after I resumed my normal eating habits I put almost all of it back on but I don't feel fat nor am I upset about it. I wore a bikini all summer last year and I just bought 3 new ones! I would absolutely do the surgery again! If anyone reading this is debating to do this...DO IT!! You won't be disappointed, I promise!!

    Hi, I from jan tters and first want to say l love your loft bikini!! I'm a loft girl too!! I just got the new striped bikini just came on Thursday! I think you look awesome! I wish my upper belly were a bit flatter but for the most part I'm very thrilled with my results! I initially lost 10 lbs and its all back ever after excercise 5 days a week and 300 crunches most days! I enjoy wearing my workout clothes bc I'm not trying to hide my tummy, someone else said we are our own worst critics and I believe that !! The swelling can linger for a long time so try to be patient and I know how hard it can be but in the end it will pay off. We are a work in progress! I think our minds still have to catch up to our new bodies. Anyway I think you look awesome!

    Body can't handle that impact on a daily basis. I did bike and elliptical today and some inner/outer thigh stuff, hopefully I'll firm up some.

    Upper you could totally do a bikini!!! Your legs are way smaller than mine and I'll be wearing one!! I just took more pics and my bb has changed so much, looks like it has something white it in, but it seems as it's healing from the inside out and it's opening more..I had the coin slit but it's changing...I was liking the coin slot but whatever! Lol! My legs swell and go down...they are swollen now...ugh! I was down 10lbs the went up 7 in 2 days...my eating was much better so it's either swelling or bc I got my period bc I know it's not possible to gain that much weight in 2 days...I get frustrated by that but I'm down 3 of the 7 so hopefully after my period is over the other 4 go away! I joined the YMCA bc I hurt my hip running on the treadmill last week. Last yr I fractured my pelvis running so I'm worried I did it again bc it's been a week and it's still hurting. I figured I'd better bite the bullet and join and do something other than treadmill, obviously my b
