OMG - why didn't I read up on this before I went for Radiesse under the eye?
In addition to lumps, the day after the injections, I had a red inflamation swelling that sat right on my cheekbones in the shape of a quarter moon - it was as if blood had settled at the top of my cheeks. I went back to see the injector and she gave me a steroid perscription. The swelling has mostly declined, however, the skin in that area is still red and "deflated". I know that sounds crazy, but it looks horrible. It has been 3 months. I have no idea what to do. Can the lumps be removed like Restalyne with a hyurlaronodaise-like injection?
I am going to see a dermatologist with expertise in injectables...but any advice/comments would be so welcomed.
I'm SOOO mad at myself for not researching - I trusted this person who has been injecting me with Botox for many years and never a problem.
Many thanks to your comments...
Best wishes!
