Thank you so much 2013NewMe, and Lourdes76. Lourdes76 I had some problems when they removed the second and last drain. I had some extreme redness, hot to touch, swelling, pain etc.. I went on an antibiotic to avoid infection..my PS just wanted to make sure. It is getting better, but still swollen more on that side. Trying to make sure I am drinking a lot of water, and avoiding salt. It's amazing how much sodium is in EVERYTHING! LOL
I am with you on the love/hate relationship with the garment txmommyofboys. When they put me in that second garment I was like, "are you kidding me?" I couldn't breathe for the first day, and wanted to cry that I had to wear it for the next 4 weeks. I feel much more comfortable in it now though, and I get what you mean about "safe".
