  I explanted 900cc and did not have a lift, you would need to be prepared to give your body time to heal, it can take months. I took about 2 months to see a marked improvement but from then on things progresses very quickly. The body is an amazing thing x Lynne

  Hi, I read your post and I can tell you that deflation is a great choice, the skin will retract and you will have time to get used to things before your actual explant, one of the ladies in my group on FB "Explant Info" chose to deflate and had amazing results, she had large implants. I explanted 900cc two years ago and I am vey happy now with my results :-) xx Lynne

  you need to learn to love your breast once again it is an important part of the healing process, "love and accept yourself" It took me a long time to realise that but now I do xxx
