  I also noticed that the majority of problems seem to be out of Florida. Maybe they need to check out that office and either shut it down or find new surgeons. I do, however, agree that the doctor (whether it LSL or any one else) needs to fix the problem to the patients' satisfaction (for free).

  Hi NANTAN562 - Do a lot of research. Not just of LSL but of other facial plastic surgeons, too. I checked quite a few and they also do the 'mini-lifts' though they go by different names. One site I looked at was for a facial plastic surgeon who was voted best facial plastic surgeon for the past 4 years in Dallas. On his site (Dr. Verret in Texas) he also states that the mini-lift he does takes 1 to 1 1/2 hours. I haven't had this procedure done (and before any one else freaks out, I'm not an employee, nor have I ever been an employee of LSL.) I work for TI in Dallas, TX. But, I am considering having this done at LSL. I'm sure that if you did a poll of most other plastic surgeons you will also find several (or more) patients who are unhappy with their outcome. I think you just have to do a lot of research and make that decision for yourself.

  Wow, JoyceMarie! I'm assuming that the above comment was to me since I also received it in a private post. I thought this forum was for exchanging info. I'm not sure what set you off about my question...I asked a sensible question and was expecting a sensible response in return. Why do you call people stupid? And why do you capitalize every post? I am definitely not an employee of LSL nor have I had the procedure done (though I am considering it) so I'm not sure why you would need to see pictures of me. If you want people to take you seriously about this you need to be a bit more mature and stop with the name calling and insults. Otherwise, we just think you're unstable.

  Dr. S, at the Dallas office, is a board certified facial plastic surgeon. So, if what I'm reading is true how do I or anyone else find a good one?
