    I just returned from my vacation in Ecuador. While there, friends and family indicated that Ecuador has excellent plastic surgeons, trained in Europe, US and Brazil and costs are much cheaper than Argentina... I was wondering if anyone has had any work done in Ecuador and could comment on their experience and share information. I am planning to return to Ecuador and would love to be able to make appointment with a surgeon.
