The scars look great! The internal stitches still haven't dissolved but the scar is already very thin. And he puts it in a natural crease so it helps hide it even more. I can already tell at two weeks post op that I won't be able to see or find the scar in six months! Soooo awesome!
Yes, I'm driving, but with my arms mostly at my sides :-). Sleeping is still a bit hard, I am a side sleeper and it is still too uncomfortable for me to sleep that way. I'm mostly feeling some burning at the bottom portion of my boobs by the crease. And I'm getting tired of wearing the strap :-)
Make sure you buy some front closing sleep bras or some cami's that you can step into and pull up over your hips (because he doesn't want you lifting your arms above your head). I picked up a couple of sleep type cami bras with no padding (actually bought them in the nursing section at Target) they have been pretty comfortable.
My arms still aren't used to feeling the bigger size of my chest :-) But I'm loving the size. Sometimes I think they look big, but the pictures show that I got exactly what I wanted... a more filled out me...once they drop they are going to look great!

I bet you're thrilled with them. :). Have you started having muscle cramps yet?
